What is the FASTer Way to Fat Loss™?

For over a year, I have been running online bootcamps based on carb cycling and intermittent fasting. And I have loved the results my clients have gotten. I also have been working closely with my business mentor (and friend), Amanda Tress. What is the FASTer Way to Fat Loss?

The FASTer Way to Fat Loss combines the nutritional strategies of Intermittent Fasting, Carb Cycling and Macro Counting with effective weight training and HIIT workouts.  We utilize a 7 day carb cycle where your macros for the day will be effectively matched with workouts that utilize those macros for maximum fat burning. There will be low carb days, regular calorie and carb days, and low calorie days combined with strength training days, speed burst days and rest days. This combination gives clients maximum fat loss results, while increasing their energy levels, improving their moods, and decreasing their digestive issues.

How is the FASTer Way different from my past programs?

The main difference is that the FASTer Way is 6 weeks instead of 4. However, we utilize most of the same strategies. The food cycle and workouts are a bit different, but very similar to that of my other programs. For those who have gone through past programs I’ve run, the difference will not be terribly noticeable. You will still see incredible results using intermittent fasting and carb cycling in conjunction with your workout cycle.
