Apple Cinnamon Protein Cake

img_0044First off, this protein cake recipes comes from you HAVE to go follow for all of her amazing creations! It is absolute PERFECT for THANKSGIVING! I was trying to find a healthier option for dessert for Thanksgiving and stumbled upon this. I adapted the recipe a bit from the original recipe that JazzyThings had due to what I had on hand. This is what I came up with and I have to admit... it was VERY tasty!  



Ingredients 3 egg whites 1/8 cup coconut sugar 1/2 cup oat flour 4 scoops Vanilla Cupcake protein powder (use discount code JENNY20 on their website for 20% off all NLA products) 1.5 tsp cinnamon 4oz natural applesauce 1/3 cup water 1 apple

Directionsimg_0047 Whisk together the egg whites and coconut sugar. Continue to whisk adding all the other ingredients. Pour in to a 9 inch cake pan and top with apple slices and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Bake at 350F for about 20 minutes.
