✔️ 3/4 cup oats (blended to make oat flour) ✔️ 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used NLA for Her) ✔️ 3/4 cup almond milk ✔️ 1 egg white ✔️ all the berries you want and topped with almond butter and honey
