Blueberry Quinoa Bars

9408976_orig Blueberry Quinoa Bars (original recipe take from and then adapted by me)

1 1/2 cup oats 1 cup cooked quinoa 1 tsp baking powder 1/8 cup hemp seed 2/3 cup mashed banana (one large one) 2 tbsp flaxseed meal 6 tbsp water 2 tbsp almond butter 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp organic honey 1 cup fresh blueberries

Mix all ingredients together with the blueberries being the last to fold in to mixture. Bake for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool and enjoy! These were a super yummy breakfast bar with a glass of almond milk on the go!
