How can you Make Intermittent Fasting a Part of Your Lifestyle?

Intermittent Fasting, or IF, is a large part of my FASTer Way to Fat Loss® Bootcamps and the method that has led to many of my clients’ success. What is it exactly? Intermittent Fasting is simply not eating for a specific amount of time.
