Why the FASTer Way to Fat Loss® Works

Earlier this week I shared a bit on the benefits of Intermittent Fasting and why it works so well.  The best thing about what I do is teaching women the most strategic and effective ways to build a strong and lean body while implementing nutrition and exercise philosophies that work for a lifestyle.  Today I want to share a bit about the #1 bootcamp program I run and why it works so well. Being a FASTer Way to Fat Loss® Certified Coach has allowed me to work with hundreds of women who have experienced results that are not confined to just weight loss.

Instead of being in constant digestion mode- your body is able to focusing on repairing and resting.

  3. You Control What You Eat and Eat with Purpose. Tracking your Macros works, friends. Learning how to track your proteins, fats and carbs each day for maximum results as you train is a tool you’ll never regret learning and will utilize for life.  So many of us think we need to restrict carbs or not eat healthy fat to lose weight and this is simply not true. We need carbs, fats and proteins to have fully healthy, functioning bodies. This program will teach you effectively how to eat the right macronutrients to get you to your goal.
