What do I actually do?!

The question I get EVERY DAY, is...

"Jenny, what do you actually do? Now that you have Think Fit Method™, are you still running online fitness programs?!"

There is a lot of confusion right now regarding what I offer and what programs I run. Let me break it down for you ad clarify some of the confusion!

Since launching Think Fit Method™, I have NOT let go of any of my online bootcamps. In fact, I am offering more FASTer Way to Fat Loss® dates to the upcoming schedule due to demand! So here is a very simplified overview of what Jenny Mire Fitness offers... 

  1. Think Fit Method™ - this is an 8 week, self-paced, online COURSE that will have you conquering mindset, negative thinking, negative self-talk, emotional eating and self sabotage around the weight loss and health journeys through a Biblical approach to self-discovery. This course is education based and teaches tangible tools to implement in your day to day life to retrain your mind around the weight loss process. Think Fit Method™ is a course you can start at any time, no "group" is associated with it and there are no "start dates". Once in this course, you do have the option to take advantage of one on one consultations and/or my VIP program (see below).
     
  2. FASTer Way to Fat Loss® - this is a 6 week online training program of which I am a certified coach for. This program will transform your life through simple, effective, cutting-edge fitness and nutrition strategies. During this 6 week program, you have me as your personal trainer the whole time for daily check ins. You receive a comprehensive guide and weekly workouts all while being a part of my private Facebook group for accountability and support with me, your trainer, my team, and the other women in the group. I run these programs every 4-6 weeks. For more information on when the next group starts, head over here. 
     
  3. VIP Community - my LIVING Fit VIP Community is compiled of women who have completed any of my other programs. Each month I provide my VIP clients with new workouts, a food cycle (carb cycling or IIFYM), and a monthly health related topic and mentor (ie: skin care, macros, mindset etc). This is perfect for ladies who have rocked the FASTer Way to Fat Loss program and want the continued accountability of LIVING Fit. 

If you are one that struggles with the mindset and emotional eating around your health journey, then Think Fit Method™ is for you. However, if you feel you have that under control and just need a plan to get in the best shape of your life, then FASTer Way to Fat Loss® is for you. However, if you need BOTH - then I would be more than happy to chat about you doing both Think Fit Method™ + my FASTer Way to Fat Loss® together.
