How to Beat the Bloat!
Ok ladies, I GET it - we get BLOATED! Right?!

It's funny though... the word "bloated" just cracks me up... My husband HATES it... hehe - so sometimes I refer to feeling bloated as feeling "fluffy". Anyone relate?
Today I want to give you 3 tips to how you can "Beat the Bloat" and get rid of that awful bloat that just won't seem to go away!
- Probiotics. I cannot stress gut health enough. This was the number one thing that worked for me in beating the bloat once and for all. Yes... there are still times I make some poor choices and the results is lots of bloat. But I can tell you this - if it wasn't for my daily probiotic, it would be a lot worse! - Water. You will hear me say it time and time again - but WATER is extremely important in keeping your gut regular and healthy. Be sure you are drinking at least 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water per day.
- Nutrition. There are some foods that will tend to make you bloat more than others. Figure out what these foods are for you and avoid eating a lot of them. For example, raw veggies make me bloat very quickly if I eat too many. So I try to stick with small portions of raw carrots (avoiding the raw broccoli). I also am very aware of my timing of eating these in relation to when I take my probiotic. Some other common things to cause bloat is: carbonated drinks (even water), sugar free foods and chewing gum excessively.
