Did you know that your mind could be making you fat?

Yep, you heard me. Your OWN mind could be the reason you are holding on to unwanted fat. There is a link between your weight and your mental health and vice versa. I’m not necessarily saying that all women with certain mental health issues are overweight, but I am saying that IF you are overweight AND struggle with mental health issues such as anxiety and/or depression, it can play a huge role in how easy it is for you to lose weight.

With my college degree being in the counseling field, and after 10 years experience working in the mental health and social work realm, I am so excited to put my two passions together. Mental health/well-being AND fitness.
