Full Body HIIT

Welcome to a new week! To kick your Tuesday up a notch I wanted to share my thoughts on HIIT workouts and share one of my favorites with you!

First of all, what is HIIT?

Otherwise known as “high-intensity interval training,” this style of training is one that will give you a killer workout in a shorter amount of time. HIIT focuses on your whole body giving maximum results in a short, yet dedicated amount of time. With HIIT workouts your goal is to go all in 100% effort in quick, intense bursts of exercise that are followed by short recovery periods. The purpose of this style of training is to shoot your heart-rate up and burn more fat in less time.

So why add HIIT into your workout schedule?

This style of training will help speed up your metabolism, is easy to do and sometimes without the need for equipment! It is also QUICK and EFFECTIVE! Give this workout of mine a try today, even if you are in a time pinch-- you won’t regret it.  Integrating HIIT workouts as part of your regular workout routine will yield some great long-term results! Enjoy!
