Your Best Push Up

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Your Best Push UpI typically try to finish out a chest workout with body weight exercises... and that means PUSH-UPS! I will either do these flat on the ground, decline with my feet on a bench, or incline with my hands on a bench. Here are some tips while doing your best push up:

1. Keep your hands a little more than shoulder width apart and slightly below your shoulders 2. Head, neck, torso and hips all in alignment (don't drop your head or raise your butt) 3. Lower your body to where your chest is about 3 inches above the floor 4. Keep the pressure on the outsides of your hands
