Chocolate Protein Pancakes
Ok... so seriously these are so YUM! This literally takes 5 ingredients and about 5 minutes to whip up!
1/2 cup Old Fashion Oats (ground) 2/3 cup Muscle Egg Chocolate Caramel Egg Whites 1/4 cup Blueberries 1/4 chopped Banana 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
First, pour the oatmeal in a blender (I use my Vitamix blender) and ground up the oats. Pour them out in to a bowl and mix in the egg whites.
Spray a small pan with coconut oil non-stick cooking spray and then pour the mixture into the pan. Wait about a minute or two before placing blueberries and chopped bananas on the batter. Wait until the side down is lightly browned and then flip!
Once this is finished cooking, top with the coconut oil and left over blueberries for a DELICIOUS breakfast!
