After having my 3rd daughter, I found myself in a place where I no longer recognized the woman I had become and knew I had to do better. Once I figured out that it starts from within, and was able to make my personal transformation, I wanted to share my story and mission with other moms just like me. I am a certified personal trainer, certified FASTer Way to Fat Loss® coach and mindset shifter with my custom program the Think Fit Method™. I’d love to connect with you.
